I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. Old snacks were left in the drawers, and the bathroom was not properly cleaned. The sofa bed had stained bedding which made my family uneasy during our stay.

However, the front desk was often understaffed, causing frustrating wait times, and maid service was inconsistent—no room cleaning during our visit. Additionally, the lack of nearby dining and convenience options was a downside.

Great experience for families

I stayed 1 night with my family, and let me tell you, the staff here are very nice, especially Tony who really went out of his way for us. The indoor pool was a hit with the kids and breakfast was delicious, hot, and plentiful!

It was a bit pricey, but considering the overall experience, I’d say it’s still worth it.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel where the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was genuinely friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a nice variety, including tasty pancakes and muffins, which made the mornings enjoyable. However, I was disappointed that there was no microwave in the room, which is something I always expect when traveling. Overall, it was a great experience, but a microwave would have been a nice addition.

We had a fun stay here, especially enjoying the indoor pool and the relaxing leisure room with comfy seating. The kids loved the shallow end of the pool while I enjoyed some downtime in the TV room after our day out. The only hiccup was the breakfast area being a bit crowded, but it didn't ruin our experience at all! 😊

In my wife's opinion, the noise from the hallway and other guests was disruptive. For future family stays, they should consider sound-proofing the rooms better to ensure a more restful environment for all guests.
